Good service! Adrian and Hector helped me with my car with the emission system problem. I was worried if I had to pay a lot of money out of pocket, but Adrian helped with the maintenance fee with low price. Hector the technician gave me a great advice what I needed fix in the future. I appreciated their washing service, but I saw water spots on my car. I thought the technicians didn’t clean properly because the dealership was about to close. Never the less, I was glad I saved some money and definitely am planning to come back.

John was great at allowing me to test drive a few cars and decide for myself what was best for me. He was not pushy at all and let me make a decision on my timeline. The only piece of feedback I have is that I would have preferred a more streamlined financing experience. During the pandemic, I would rather not sit in a dealership for hours which is exactly what happened. In the future, it would be nice for finance to obtain approval and get all documentation ready so that the signing part of the experience is as short as possible and customers don’t have to wait for hours in the dealership. (Let’s be honest, that is how it should be forever moving forward, pandemic or not.) Overall, this was a good experience and no one pressured me about anything so I think I will return to David McDavid for future Acura purchases.

Exceptional sales and service. This is a two part review (sales and service) I recently leased a 2021 RDX and our salesman John Knorre was awesome. Really took his time to understand what I was looking for. Worked a fair deal and was very personable. Unfortunately, two months later my brand new car was vandalized in our apartment parking garage. It was in shambles. I was able to quickly make an apt with Jay Alba. He is hands down the best service advisor I have come across! He is detail oriented, provides updates, and diligent on providing clear pricing and expectation setting. My car was in the shop for almost a month due to the damages. Jay went out of his way to help secure a loaner car and lyfts for the days I was without. He was covid safe, properly wearing his mask and socially distanced. He worked with my insurance and helped keep things moving. If you're looking to buy an Acura call and ask for John Knorre Then when you're ready for service give Jay Alba a call. You wont be disappointed!! I am beyond impressed with both the sale and service. 10/10 experience for a not so idea scenario! David McDavid is lucky to have a service advisor like Jay & salesman like John.

Excellent customer service. When they found some unexpected issues while doing maintenance they took the initiative to reach out to my extended warranty for me and handled the entire process.
