I can't say enough about the service I received at McDavid Acura! My MDX wouldn't start when I was out and about with my two children. I called the dealership, they accessed what they thought was wrong (battery)over the phone, they sent someone to jump me off and had a technician stay in order to change my battery out so I wouldn't have to leave it overnight. We have an older Acura and it seems like the mechanic we go to can always take an oil change and find ten other things we have to fix, making an $800 - $1000 quarterly bill. When we took it to your location with issues for the SRS light, we were expecting other "mysteries" to be uncovered. We were happily surprised there was no charge (under warranty), it was ready when promised, AND it was cleaned!!! Michael helped us and he was extremely polite and helpful. BEST experience we have had in a long time!!!

I write because my experience at McDavid Collision was extraordinary. My car, a 2004 TL, suffered pretty serious front end damage on 2/12 and was towed in on 2/14. Bonney has told me that Chad would be managing my repair and would call with an initial estimate. He called late on the 14th to say the car had arrived but that the shop was short of staff so he wouldn't be able to examine the car until the next day. He did call the next morning with a thorough description of the damage, a figure that proved accurate, and an estimate that the work itself would take two weeks and that if parts were available the car could be ready by 3/9. I called Chad on 2/24 to check on progress. He said that everything had gone well and that he was now aiming for 3/4. On the morning of 3/4, before I'd had a chance to call, Booney called me to say the car was ready.
The work itself was impeccable, The fit, finish, and paint match are excellent, as fine as on the original vehicle. And after three days of driving, there is not a hint of mechanical difference.
I've been through half a dozen collision repairs, and have never experienced anything like the thoroughness, meticulousness, and courtesy the complete professionalism of McDavid Collision. Nor can I imagine being more impressed and pleased with their work. I would take my car back to them without hesitation, and recommend them without qualification.

"My car was ready early."
When I marked that my car wasn't ready by the original time promised, I marked it because my car was ready early! I was about 20 minutes late for my 7:00am appointment. Michelle told me that it would take about 1.5 hours. Michelle came to me before 8:00 to tell me that they had finished my car early! I paid and was out of the dealership by 8:05! They even provided me with a breakfast casserole and pancakes for breakfast while I waited! Very impressed and appreciative!

Phillip was extremely helpful, and even had my car ready an hour early! They replaced or updated the Bluetooth capability in my car because of recurring pairing problems I'd been having. I can't say yet if it fixed the problem, but so far the pairing is working well. I won't know for a couple of weeks whether it fixed the issue.

I was having a recurring pairing issue with the Bluetooth feature in my TSX. Phillip greeted me immediately and said it would be about 90 minutes for the service. I seated myself at one of the work cubes and began working via their WIFI connection. Phillip came back in 35 minutes and said the car was ready early.
